What items can be returned?
We accept returns on most items in our shop.
Items that cannot be returned include:
- Custom orders
- Personalized items
- Face masks (for sanitary reasons)
- Undergarments such as underwear (for sanitary reasons)
What items can be exchanged?
We will gladly exchange any items purchased through our shop, Etsy shop, or in person at markets and other events so long as they are not any of the following:

- Personalized items
- Face masks (for sanitary reasons)

What products are final sale?
The following items are considered final sale

What is the return/exchange window?
Any items deemed acceptable for return or exchange must be returned to

Condition of return/exchange
The items must be unworn, unwashed, and remain in the original packaging with the tags still on. Products must be free from damage. (See shipping policy for items damaged in transit)
For local residents in the Orangeville and surrounding area, we can accommodate local pickup for returns and exchanges.
Return policy
When returning a product, we will always refund customers via the method of payment they used when they purchased said product. If for some reason the return cannot be processed, we will gladly offer a store credit.
When exchanging a product for size, we will do our best to offer the exact item, however, circumstances could arise where that item is no longer available due to the materials no longer being available to us. In the event we cannot offer the same item for a size/colour exchange we will do our best to offer the customer a product of equal value.
Initiating a return or exchange
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased from our shop, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your item with your intended request (return/exchange)
